Report something in Anka
Use Report on the relevant message, check-in or challenge and choose the reason. This sends the details to Anka’s private review queue. You can also block someone in the app. For a concern about a profile, email us.
If you email us, tell us the challenge name, what happened and roughly when. You do not need to send a password, sign-in link or authenticator code.
Question a moderation decision
Email us with the challenge name and date of the message or check-in. Explain what you would like us to look at again.
Delete your account
In Anka, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. If you cannot access your account or deletion does not complete, contact us using the email above. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
